I guess I pulled the trip a little early then on the Dewback. I bought it EBGames and used the membership discount. Still not as good as the Amazon deal.

The original card looks nice. Those bubbles are way to big.

I am pretty sure they pawn these off to other stores at some point. I saw at the Walmart near me a few months ago them loading all the Rogue One/Force Awakens figures into those corrugated white boxes of theirs. I never saw any of those figures ever again at that store.

Unfortunately, the Guards aren't up for order anymore.
Looks like they have the 6" version but not on sale.

I made an order yesterday as well. Ordered a bunch of Deathtroopers, Scarifs, Royal Guards, and the A-Wing. I have been looking at the A-Wing for awhile so I thought I would finally pull the trigger with the other stuff I ordered.

I just ordered from CMD as well. I agree, it is less stressful than trying to track these down at a Walmart. Especially for me as my nearest Walmart is 100km away.

Why is it the US is getting all kinds of awesome sales and clearances and we get nothing? We fight over a few Black Series Scarifs and Death Troopers that are online for 3 seconds.

I believe Hasbro must factor in the non-payments to the 5000 total. I could see them budgeting for up to 10% not paying.

You really think Hasbro will turn down over 1.5 million dollars?

I do.

I don't get the part about people not paying - doesn't "backing" the barge mean giving them full payment up front?

When Hasbro goes to charge all those credit cards it is almost a guarantee a number of them won't go through. So you can commit to back now but if you really want to get out of it after you can just let your payment bounce at the time it is charged. There is always a certain percentage of backers that do this.

If the barge isn't backed they won't produce this thing. They have said it many times. If the barge is backed I fully believe they won't be making any more after or selling this in stores.
I imagine the Yak Face was planned and it makes sense to wait to introduce him as was mentioned by others on this thread. If the barge would have met its target by now I am pretty sure we wouldn't have seen Yak Face introduced because they wouldn't have needed it.
If they don't get 5000 backers I am also pretty sure they won't go into production. You have to think that out of the 5000 there is going to be a number of people who can't pay for it. I would guess at a number of 10% maybe more. Hasbro would have worked this number into their totals before settling on a number of 5000.  Perhaps there is some sort of Kickstarter stat out there for backers that don't pay.

I am guessing that Hasbro may have one more trick up the sleeve and introduce something else with 5-7 days to go if this thing isn't backed by then. What that would be I am not sure. Another figure? Accessories for the barge? A skiff to go with it?
#backthebarge

We will find out soon enough.

If you are on the fence about backing this thing you need to do it now. Yakface should push you over. If you are in it just for the money and resale, Yakface''s aftermarket price is going to be crazy.

I believe that if they get close they will seriously consider making this thing. If it only climbs to 3500-4000 I don't think they will build it. Unfortunately, the past week has seen a series decline in backers. Hopefully people start backing more in the last 2 weeks.

They could use a few pricing changes for sure but also seriously improve the availability of items on the website. You can go to a store and see 100 of the same figure on the shelf and not see it anywhere on their website. I wonder if the Canadian stores will be the beneficiaries of the Zuckess Black Series 6" figure.

Let's hope it gets there. They showed off the shipping box size today. This thing is going to be awesome if it funds.
