In-store all regular priced Lego is part of a BOGOHO sale, Apr 20 to 22. A saw a correction notice which indicates the exclusion list for the up to 40% off should have been a lot longer and not just limited to clearance items.

Full exclusion list: Clearance, LEGO, Boardgames, Books, Uncle Milton, Puzzles, Playskool Heroes, Videogames, Videogame Consoles, BIkes, Scooters and Skateboards.

2
Online all regular priced Lego not just Star Wars sets are 25% off but for 3 days only Apr 20 to Apr 22. Regularly priced means ending in .99 so certain high price sets are not included plus the newest sets including Solo: ASWS and the 2 new non-Solo sets: Yoda's Hut and Jedi and Clone Troopers BP.

Still don't know what's happening in-store.

Some prices are now live online:

BS Vader Premium Helmet - 112.47
Solo Millennium Falcon - 104.97
BS Poe Daemeron Helmet - 97.47
BS Dewback and Sandtrooper - 74.97
BS Kylo Ren Centerpiece -67.47
Value Millennium Falcon - 49.97 - amazon.ca  has it for 38.39
Battle on Crait 4-pack - 29.97
Force Link 1.0 figures - 7.47 - on clearance at walmart for 5.00

No Lego items discounted yet but some big ticket items have last 2 digits changed to .94 which indicates again to me some SW Lego items wll not be included in the sale.

4
Excludes clearance items as per usual.

Two specific items mentioned in the ad are BS 6" 29.99 figures 40% off - 17.97 and Nerf Hercules (Chewbacca) Blaster 16.7% off - 49.97.

3 Solo Lego items are shown but the prices end in .94 which typically means they won't be part of a sale although at 5 cents less than the usual price one could tehnically claim they are discounted. I think most SW Lego items will be discounted.

Currently Scarif Trooper and Cassian available online but whether they'll actually be delivered is another story.

Edit: Scarif Trooper gone and limited stock on Cassian.

Yakface lists C'ai Threnalli as being a different wave than the Emperor and Flametrooper http://yakfaceforums.com/main/2017/09/01/fall-2017-master-upc-dpci-sku-list/. Great, a case with only one new figure in it.

The only plus is that Hasbro is putting 3 each of the "new" figures in a case. Yestertoys has the Emperor and Flametrooper so I expect them to show up at regular Canadian retail.

An additional set is out at TRU - 75205 Mos Eisley Cantina - 49.94. I believe this is a TRU/LEGO Shop exclusive.

Lego / 2018 sets at TRU
« on: December 19, 2017, 09:41:56 PM »
Some of the 2018 sets are out at TRU ahead of the official Jan 1 release date. Currently the sets have prices ending in .94 so they are not part of the Star Wars buy 1 get second 1/2 off sale. Saw the following sets:

75198 Tatooine Battle Pack - 16.94
75199 General Greivous' Combat Bike - 34.94
75200 Ahch-To Island Training - 34.94
75202 Defense of Crait - 99.94.

These other sets may also be out:

75197 First Order Specialists Battle Pack
75201 First Order AT-ST.

YMMV

In case it wasn't clear from the Hasbro press release, yes the Canadian version of the BB-8 playset is Force-Link compatible as Darth Chadus says. My nephew has the Canadian version and it works with the bracelet from the starter sets.

Darth Woo is correct. According to the Aug 30 Hasbro press release http://www.jeditemplearchives.com/2017-08-31-press-release-hasbro-the-last-jedi-fall-2017-line/, BB-8 playsets in Canada, France and Spain come without the Force-Link bracelet.
