I can't get Fisto's head off!

I can't yank it, I'm afraid of pulling the figure in half!

Have any of you had any success?

Here's pics of new ROTS vehicles, thanks to the SW TCG!

More will be up soon.

Alright, here we go:

Packaging 5/5: Not really much to say, nice dsign and packaged fairly carefully.

Assembly 3/5: Well, it nwould be ok, except the decals...good god, the decals. Firstly, there are so many, and secondly, some of them are almost impossible to reach!

Play Value 4/5: I'm having a hard time trying to get the left bottom wing to spring open sometime, and the cockpit can be diffilcult. The missiles are difficult  to secure, but they launch fairly far.

Look 4.5/5: Very nice look to it, espescially when the wings are out, and all the blast marks are placed. The figure is fairly visible in the cockpit, and the droid looks nice.

Overall 4/5: I like this vehicle, the decal application brings it down and the wing trouble gets on my nerves, not sure if this is an all-around issue. I'd certainly buy at least 1 for a price of $30, but if you want to buy multiples, wait for a bit of a price drop.

Alright, with ROTS day around the corner, I'm trying to cpmpile a guide of how much I'll want to spend. Now, I could have gone to the Wal-Mart American Site, but according to them, and ARC is only going to be $35.

So, with Snowtroopers across the country finding early figures, can we compile a list of prices for figures beforehand? I'll kick us off.

Wampa Cave / Midnight Show at Silver City
« on: March 30, 2005, 12:23:01 AM »
Alright, here's the deal. A bunch of my buddies an myself are headed for the Silver City Midnight Show, and we're ALL going in costume.

I propose that we gather as many Snowtroopers as we can, ALL in costume, and storm that theater.

Now, my friend is going as Vader, and my buddy and I are flanking him as Clone Troopers (Vader is taller, after all). We'll likely have a random Jedi, but I suggest that if anyone is going as a Clone, to print off our new Snowtrooper Logo and put it on the shoulder.

So...who's in?

I'm wondering. After all, they are contracted to produce figures through to 2017, so what should they dish out for us?

I wish for a Collector Duel Wave, one Screen Scene for each film.

Also, a playset for each film.

What else should we have the priviledge to add to our collection? Let's hear your thoughts!

This thread was created by Caboose and Dave the Pinoy to provide feedback and updates about RickyUK's custom Republic Commando action figures.

RickyUK has told us that these figures are for sale, more details to come.

Dave is in contact with Ricky, and he'll update this thread when news comes in.

I'm taking a huge project on. In the process of building my new bedroom, I decided to build a room that leads off from it. The room would be the size of about 2 1/2 walk in closets. It will be a shrine to Star Wars.

I shall decorate with black paint and stars. Paintings of ships. Movie Posters. But most importantly, my collection.

I already know I will hang ships from the ceiling, not all of them, but many. Alot of figures will be held in plastic cases, many of my figures are loose.

I want to make several dioramas. One will be a decked out Republic Gunship with some Clones heading into battle. But I'm undecided on what others to create.

I trust you guys with the fate of this room more than anyone, I'm looking for your input. When it's all said and done, Geroge Lucas will wish he had this room.

1. TPM Amidala's Starship - Amazing.

2. AOTC Republic Gunship - Nice scultping, not to scale, but it's easy to make your own real gunner pods. Very staisfying, best AOTC item in vehicles for sure, if not overall.

3. Saga A-Wing - Nice paint job, and the figure wasn't all that bad, a nice addition if you're an A-Wing fan, or if you never got the A-Wing.

4. POTF 2 AT-AT Walker - This is my most loved itme for the POTF2 line. It's nice, my onlt problem is changing the batteries. The guns have fallen off now and then, but I've fixed them.

5. OTC Millenium Falcon - It's a nice improvment, I don't see a big change in the cockpit, but the light-up hyperdrive in the rear is nice.

Honorable Mentions

1. AOTC Zam Wessel Speeder - Nice little vehilce, cheap, but a fun item. The crash effect was very well done, one of my favorite AOTC items.

2. Saga Landspeeder w/ Luke - Very impressive, great improvement off the POTF2 one I got when I was younger. Worth the price, even the lUke figure was well done, he had a ball-jointed head!

What do you guys think?

What are your guy's thought on these "Force Battlers"? Are they going to be a flop, or might there be some actual potential. I'm kinda interested in the whole look of them, provided they don't have a big knob stick out their back or anything like that, I might invest in more than a Vader and Greivous. How about you?

The link I'm posting has some spoilers on it, so be careful. It's a mock up display of what we'll see in Wal-Marts. Very impressive, I almost peed myself.

Here's a link to some pics, scroll away to find the Force Battlers
