I found the same items at my local ontario walmart. When I got them, Rebels Luke, Vader and Black Series Starkillers were gone.

Half way through so far and it's decent, nothing amazing and definitely not my favorite book from SW. One other thing is it seems to only be Tarkin, no identified enemy, basically a book from Tarkin's perspective only at this point.
One other thing I'd like to point out is that all books and comics from this point forward are supposedly to be treated as fact and as if a movie. With that said Ahsoka has been brought up from pieces of a Clone Wars story arc, so I guess that means she exists passed the EU now?
Looking forward to Sith Lords being released soon.

If I recall correctly when they wiped the slate clean the only thing they kept were Episodes I - VI and the Six Seasons and the Movie of The Clone Wars. So Ahsoka and those events still happened.

Saw them at my local Wal Mart last week too.

between this and the Sideshow ROTJ Darth Vader and R2-D2, it may push me over the edge and make me want to get 1/6 scale items.

The stormtroopers looks really fantastic. Although I am inclined to agree that the taller stormtrooper definitely looks better.

my favourite aspect of them is a real feeling of value for money spent. sure they're not the cheapest things when it comes to little plastic men, but I have a considerable Imperial Army for the cost of what I spent on just a few of my 6" Stormtroopers, or even my 3.75" ones.

now mind I also used to love Green Army men in my younger years so I'm sure a sense of nostalgia plays into it too.

Took a look around and didn't seem to see any Threads on this. Feel free to move or combine with existing if necessary mods.

With the TRU 40% off sale I was able to get all of the Command line with the exception of a couple Items that I haven't found yet or haven't arrived yet and I have to just speak praise for it. I know a lot of people wont like it but there's some real gems in there.

Scale is off on some things as far as vehicles are considered (AT-AT's being the same size as the AT-ST, Tie Fighter Pilots taller than Darth Vader), and others the scale seems great (X-Wings and the Tie Fighters and Falcon).

The figures are fantastically sculpted and there's a lot of details there just begging to be painted. If anyone wants any pictures of any of the pieces let me know and I'll get some as well as reviews if people are interested.

Personally I hope this line keeps going and we get some more fantastic things like Y-Wings, A-Wings and Tie Interceptors. My one complaint about it is the Rebels are significantly harder to amass an army of compared to the empire.

Oh Ps. The Millennium Falcon set comes with Snowtroopers and if my math is correct based on the internet height of an AT-AT they are in "perfect" (give or take a fraction of an inch) scale with Hasbro's BAT-AT

Found them at an Ontario TRU. Every one but Maul, appeared to have only been 1 case. although uncertain for sure. Grabbed the 3 that were there.

I checked two different Ontario Walmarts today and did not find anything from the new lines.

Personally I cannot wait to get my hands on the new 6 inch line

Wampa Cave / Re: Thoughts on what you've seen from SDCC

I enjoyed SDCC personally but that's because I recently made the switch from 4 inch to 6 inch so everything blended nicely.

So the 6 inch stuff marvel movies and star wars were highlights for me

By the way, I've read on one of the websites Q&A with Hasbro that Biggs' X-Wing Fighter will reuse the mold from last year's Death Star Trench Run 2-pack.

If my memory serves me right, the X-Wing fighter contained in this 2-pack was modified to be a little shorter than the previous versions of the ship, right? Who can confirm? Has anyone bought the DS Trench Run version? Can anyone compare with the previous releases?

Ive got the Luke Death Star X-Wing against the Wedge X-Wing. Luke X-Wing is about a half inch longer. and also thicker. Same width though in wingspan.

Thanks! Any other changes? In the cockpit design for example?

The wedge version has the old cockpit with the storage space behind the seat, seen on all of the X-Wings (Red Leader, Luke Dagobah). The Trench run X-Wing has the new and improved cockpit. It comes with a moving targeting screen, as well as the full control panels and the control yoke. It even has the tubes moving from behind the seat. One of the best looking cockpits ive seen, and that compares the B-Wing and the Snowspeeder, and Tie Fighters.

Bottom of the X-Wing has a storage section that matches the one seen on dagobah, when luke is reloading his gear. Also it has a flip out proton torpedo launcher, and the front landing gear has a cover that conceals it.
