A decent trailer still doesn't make a good movie.  It would've been way better to have it in the future rather than again mess with continuity by situating it in present-day IMO.


I think it's continuing right where AVP1 left off. My impression from the trailer is the "Predalien" makes the Predator ship from AVP1 crash.

Throughout the entire movie franchise the basic design of the Alien head has remained constant (other than the "Aliens" Aliens that, for whatever reason, lack the translucent dome covering). Blasphemy, I tell ya, blasphemy.

Looks pretty good to me.  I will see this for sure.  Personally, I enjoyed the first AvP flick.  Not sure why alot of people didn't, but it was 2 hours of mindless faction.  Oh well, to each their own.
