Here are our latest Q&A session answers, complete with the questions:

1. Has Hasbro given any consideration to creating downloadable PDF files of their sticker sheets, similar to those available for the instructions sheets?

We haven't, only because for most items, replacement sticker sheets are
available through customer service that will provide a better replacement.

2. Are there any plans for Clone Wars themed army builder sets, available online or otherwise?

There are several battle packs out this Fall that will have multiple
clones.  Otherwise, we have not offered army builder sets for several
years now, instead preferring to pack them out in battle packs for mass
distribution or occasional exclusives.

3. Has a date been finalized for when HasbroToyShop.com will start shipping to Canada?

September is now the timing we are shooting for.

And there you have it. Short & sweet this time, but certainly interesting about the replacement stickers - I had no idea!

I love comics. If you enjoy them too, this is worth a listen and/or quick read.

I've been waiting on this for forever, but now I'm over it.

The cost of trans border shipping, including the duty and gst that is totally out of their hands, makes this a nice option for those for whom money is no object and the comfort of having stuff arrive on the porch seems like a nice break from the hunt. It will also be good if you catch them on one of their increasingly rare sales and manage to offset the shipping (though I have a feeling their free shipping sales won't be available to us here.)

But the real problem is that HTS.com is always a month behind US retail releasing key toys these days....sure it will be nice during SDCC season when we canadians finally get a shot at the toy lottery, but otherwise, I'll keep making my trips to the US to bring people back better pricing and access to toys on time.

I think it's a great option, and if you check out scum, there are lots of codes you can use to get anywhere from 10 to 25 per cent off, although I agree the free shippiing probably won't be applicable here.

On the down side, there is the possibility of less than MOC figs, but their customer service dept is great, and they will frequently let you keep the damaged fig and just send you another one on their dime.

I look very forward to being able to order from them directly here in Canada.

I'm willing to give it a shot too. With discount prices that make them less than 50% off specialty shops up here (like the Lucas family) I'm sure that even with taxes and shipping it'll be a savings of a few dollars... at least I hope.
