Hey Everyone,

Quick question - is there a market out there in the collecting world for some Collector Series 12 Inch Figures from the POTF2 collection? I've got the Han and Luke Stormtrooper, a Han with Tauntaun, a Stormtrooper, Sandtrooper, Snowtrooper, Obi-Wan, and Tie Fighter Pilot and have no idea what they're worth. Any help?

Thanks,

Peter

is there any company that still makes decent 12" scale star wars figures? particularly looking to find a 12" scale boba fett. (was there ever a 12" scale boba or jango made by hasbro?)

The Ultimate Quarter-Scale figures aren't too bad. They are more expensive than the Hasbro ones were and less expensive than the Sideshow ones. I picked up the Obi-Wan last year at one of the local shows for $50. http://www.snowtroopers.ca/forum/index.php?topic=19404.0

No Boba or Vader yet from them though.

Hasbro's done several Bobas and at least 2 Jangos that i know of. The 12 inch Ultimate Villain Jango Fett is one of their best headsculpts in terms of likeness, as is their Count Dooku. The most recent Boba was from the Vintage Original Trilogy line from 2004.

Here's a link to the Vintage OTC 12 inch Boba:

Medicom has also done both Fetts, however the prices is a bit higher than sideshow.

Glad i could help! happy Those Mcdonald's Bobbleheads from 2008 make fairly decent 1/6 scale Mandalorian helmets too...you just have to do some dremel work hollowing it out after you get it off the base.

Just my opinion, but the 12 inch Hoth Han from the POTF 2 Action Collection has one of the better likenesses of Harrison Ford. Depending on what kind of GI Joe body you have, the head should just pop onto the neckpost with little to no trouble (may have to heat it with a hair dryer or boiling water just to make things easier)
