Thanks to Golden Age toys, I am now in possession of the 8 figure ESB wave, the last of any interest to me in the Legacy series. I must say, any new ESB stuff is good ESB stuff - can't wait for the new Snowspeeder, TPCC and BAT-AT. happy

All that's missing for me is the 2nd Ugnaught, Concept Anakin and #48 Obi Wan and #46 Stormtrooper. With any luck I can ebay those along with the miscellaneous other figures/vehicles/critters I think I need from this collection.

How are you guys making out with Legacy? Is there still much interest? It sure seems like the Clone Wars line has taken over the discussion - likely because that's what you guys are finding out there.

When it come to Legacy there are some I want and some I don't. I've made a rule that I won't pay more than $10 per figure (including any shipping) and I can't justify cases so I've let the line slide with its lack of major retail support.

I'm kinda in the same boat as Hellboy. I only want some of the figures, and I'm not willing to pay more than $10 per figure. I still don't have all the figures I wanted from the ANH wave with Pink Lady. That wave disappeared fast in my area. Hasbro said that the ESB wave was suppose to hit retail a few weeks back, and maybe it has and was just bought up instantly. I'm focusing more on Clone Wars these days. It is rather sad that the last leg of the Legacy collection is so wobbly, well atleast here in Canada.

I hate to say because I know there are EU fans out there - but if TRU just so happens to order a bunch of this wave on US cards AND the plug up the pegs..... that won't be good.  sad

It shouldn't affect the TVC line if they did (which I honestly don't think they will pegwarm - they all look pretty decent enough that some collectors will snatch them up for customs or army building if they go on sale).  TVC is a different SKU anyway, so it shouldn't be affected by the last vestiges of TLC.

I myself still have many TLC figures to go but I'm not going out of my way to collect them - Hasbro and the retailers have made these hard to get and I'm tired from all the toyruns these past 2 years.  There's definitely a point when it stops being a hobby and becomes a chore...

I have said it before & I'll say it again - retailers are nice for kids, but etailers like our sponsors are best for collectors. A couple of bucks per figure to save gas, time & get peace of mind? It's a no-brainer. Sadly, we've had JUST enough success at retail over the past year or so to keep a lot of folks from having to turn to this option.

I might go peruse the pre-order sections of a couple of my favorites right now...

I'd love to order from our sponsors regularly but most of my purchases need to be, uh, "off the books". I've tried using the Jedi Mind Trick on my wife for purchases in the past but it never seems to work. Gotta save those epic battles for when something really big, like an AT-AT, hits retail.  happy

Just wondering if anyone has found the Concept IG-88 on the pegs? Still missing that one.

Also the second Ugnaught and the 2nd Bespin Guard. Have both been ordered with Legends....but think I maybe out of luck....

The wave that the Conept IG-88 (wave 11) is in, isn't coming to Canada. As far as I know.

I actually saw some proof that it did come up here today - a couple of Plo Koon figures at WM in Ontario showed Utai & concept IG88 on the back.

Eh, are you sure about that?

... a couple of Plo Koon figures at WM in Ontario showed Utai & concept IG88 on the back.

Do you remember which BAD part he came with? If it's a HK-50 left arm (metallic blue) then it's just a repack that came with the ESB case. Hasbro did not change the card back for the repack except for the sticker which shows which BAD part is included. If it was a YVH-1 head (grey coloured) and gun then you are onto something.

I'm nearly 100 percent sure it was the metallic blue HK50 arm with the blaster. Didn't know that figure was repacked into the ESB wave & sorry to have caused any undue hope or excitement.
