Glad I didn't wait and was able to get both the Pilots and Ewoks from the States during a BOGOHO sale - $60 for the pair

I saw the Pilots and Ewoks packs here in Mississauga for the first time and I was shocked at the pricing. I thought they were going to be similar to the US pricing of $40 but here they are $54.99!! I find it very hard to justify that kind of price.

I was shocked as well. Found them the other day and I made the purchase, but am holding tightly to that receipt for a price adjustment. Even then it'll be expensive for a box set. I was hoping to get two ewok sets to play a little mix and match with the accessories, but at that price... ugh!!! Incidentally they only had 1 ewok set left and about 1/2 a dozen pilot sets, so I'm thinking the ewok set is the more popular one. At least at my local TRU.

Also picked up a speeder bike with the same hope for an adjustment. Otherwise they will all be going back to the store. I'm not convinced I want to keep the speeder bike anyways, as I was fine with the old ones to be honest. Oh well. I have a month or so to decide...

Just came from Walmart in Mississauga.. they just started to stock the
shelves with VC figures.. with Lumat, Royal Guard, Ben Kenobi, Nein Numb,
etc, they had all 12 of them.. I think there is 2 boxes to each store.. the
prices might be going up soon.. from $6.47 back to $10.97.. I guess it's
time to stock up..

I picked up the Ewok pack today for $41 and change - it was 25% off. It looks like TRU's pricing policy is to overcharge on the so called regular price by about 25% over the USA prices, so they can run them 25% off and still get full markup. I don't think people are buying at these inflated regular prices. The big Troop Transport vehicle was also 25% off, making it just about what it really should have been all along.
When I checked the Ewok packs the other day there were only 4 of them compared to 8 of the Pilots packs, so perhaps they are packed 1 to 2 in a box of 12?

I think they are evenly packed, my store had 4 of each. The Ewoks pack is more in demand. And they might be boxes of 4, or possibly 8 (makes sense if my store had 4 of each and yours had probably 8 of each).

My Walmart in BC just put out a fresh case of the final wave @ $6.49 each. Since I already received my case from Legends, I grabbed the Republic Trooper and Royal Guard for army builders.

I found a full set on the pegs at 1 Wal Mart this morning and 2 full cases on a skid at the other Walmart, in my city, tonight. Add these to my case I got a 10 days ago from BBTS and I am officially done with this wave.

At only $6.47 a piece I wish I'd never ordered a case from BBTS.

Very sweet find! This wave is online only in the US! It's great to hear we actually have a chance to find these in stores, and on sale too.

Found the Last Wave at Wally in the GTA this morning. Took them all except the Gungan Warrior, Naboo Pilot, Obi-Wan and Pod Racer dude. Still on sale at my Wally for $6.47 each.
