X-men: Days of future past
« on: May 27, 2014, 12:30:55 PM »

I just saw this on Saturday night.  It was a really good movie.  I saw the first X-men, but I am not sure that I saw any of the others until First Class.  I thought the first one was ok.  This one, in my opinion, was much better, and also better than First Class (which I also liked better than the first one).  Good story, good action, and the scenes with Quicksilver were entertaining.

Anyone else seen this yet?

I saw the sneak preview last week. Yeah, Quicksilver stuff was great, probably what stuck with me the most especially the bit with the song.

I liked it a lot, not as much as I like First Class but still a lot. I'm confused by the ending, the very end I mean, the end after the main end, the part with... SPOILER!!!!!!!!

SPOILER!!!!!!!!

Wolverine and "Stryker".

Good movie. They completely ignored large chunks of what happened in X3 and created seemingly out of nowhere EXTREMELY significant powers for Kitty that she's never had before - but taking that all in stride I really liked it. Michael Fassbender might as well change is name to Erik Lensher, I'm quite certain he must have the power to move metal in real life.  :love0030:
