Lower Mainland Swm tournament Locations
« on: January 22, 2007, 07:11:03 PM »

-Crtoys, Burnaby

Big turn out and has fair enough prices, only down side is his bathroom is not for use of customers or the public. other then that good prizes. Players take the game to seriously alot of the time tho, better for experienced players.

-Comic Land (brentwood mall)

Well from what iv been told they have had good prizes when they have enough people to get a event off. Seems like a good place for new players to have a shot at first.

-Craving for a game

Once a month events, and once more from i have been told this is a great place to play, i will add more on it once i have time to attend one of there events my self.

Good idea for a thread Kurt, though you may want to change the name to include all regions across Canada, if anyone out there wants to fill us in.  I know that those lucky Southern Ontario guys have plenty of places to play from what I understand.

One place you didn't mention that I've never actually played SWM at (only SSB) is Craving in Surrey.  It's a pretty sweet set up Buck has, I've got to say.  One of the few bright spots in that mall.  I think it's a bit of an older crowd.

*EDIT*
CRToys rocks!  Always a fun time.  And watching the regulars bicker and whine is entertaining too.

You can check with Wiser's in Langley , they are always holding large tournements and I think Chris mentioned they are intested in doing SWM ones if they are not doing them already.
