Price in store still seems to be $24.92, at least that's what the tags say.

Which is why the lady in store would not give me a price adjustment.

ya, thanks again for the tip! i just checked my email and they said they adjusted the difference for me. they did say the refund should show up in 1 billing cycle. never heard that before..usually it takes a few days at most to show up in my CC transactions. as long as it shows up its cool but that is what sucks about doing things when you arent in person to swipe a card or see anything with your own eyes. i see why darth moo went to the store but in this case we cant do that.

all good! im sure things will work out. thanks again. i was unaware you had 30 days for this type of thing!

You technically have 90 days. If item is available, just buy at new price and refund with old receipt since it's 90 day return policy.

There were TONS at my WM yesterday (nothing new - a few Jangos and a bazillion flametroopers) & I didn't even think to  price-scan them. I will next time I'm there to check.

I bought a couple of 6 inch figures at my local Walmart store this weekend.  They were scanning at $24.92.  I just went to customer service and have them price match for $19.97 as per the figures on Walmart.ca.  I just showed them the price on my smartphone...easy peasy!

thats true too! ive done similiar things like that before. in this case i ordered figs that are not in stores around here so i cant do that this time. i wanted to get on this before the sale is over. today it was refunded back onto my CC. so thanks for helping me save 11 bucks and change! :) not bad! good luck to everyone finding what they want!

The Micro Machine R2-D2 and FO Stormtrooper head playsets were marked down to 7 at a Walmart I visited. Probably a location specific markdown as they are still 15 online. MM Star Destroyer playset was also further reduced to 30. Class II vehicles were also on clearance - 35. YMMV

Yeah, there's one Walmart in my area that has resistance white xwing for $35 but all other stores still have it at $69.97 regular price.

Well, a different Walmart in my area has finally put the white/blue Resistance XWing on clearance now, but for $50 so this seems to be random and dependent on the store.

Additional items are now on clearance:

Armor Up figs - 10 (also online)
Mission Series figs -15
Takodana Encounter  - 25.

This was at 3 different Walmarts. Two Walmarts did not have a clearance tag for the Takodana sets but they scanned at 25. Some figures may be incorrectly priced - had a Armor Up Tie Pilot which scanned at 14.92 but was reduced to 10 at checkout by a manager. YMMV

These clearances aren't very impressive... TRU's last Star Wars sale you could buy Takodana Encounter for $23+tax.  Even the Jakku Landspeeder I bought from TRU was $26+tax while Walmart's "clearance" on the same toy right now is $35+tax.

Sheesh, it's like the poles of the world have been reversed or something, usually Walmart has way better clearances than this.

ya, ive noticed for awhile now that walmart doesnt have many sales on SW figures as often as they did a few years ago. the last sale i saw for 3 3/4'' figures at walmart was last Nov. TRU does have better/more often sales but i dont like TRU much,i never find what i want cause its always gone. so in short i still do better at walmart. sale or not.

Well this is astounding... I just checked the Walmart website and they've actually INCREASED the price of the 3.75 SA TFA figures.  Instead of $14.99, they've now been increased to $17.86+tax per figure!

I hope this is a mistake, they should've lowered the price, not raise it!   At TRU today, I noticed that TRU has now raised the price of SA 3.75 Marvel Universe (Legends) to $14.99 from the previous $11.99 (or was it $12.99) and 6" Marvel Legends has now gone up to $29.99 from $24.99!

Absolute madness. This won't increase profitability for these stores, it'll do the exact opposite.

Yeah, I can't see going from "WAY too much" to "WAY WAY WAY too much" per figure working out.  :mad0218:
