Unlike most C1 figs he has a stand...The action feature sucks and his right hand is a little too open to fully hold his saber, but you can manage some good poses out of him. The outfit has more weathering and burn marks on it than the first Obi. Hair color is a little on the orange side, but otherwise he ain't bad. If u don't have the other Obi yet - I'd snag this one.

I personally like the #27 more because the face is better.  I find the first one fatter, and the beard is a bit too full and dark.  With some attempts, the pull-back leg can be posed to stand on it's own.  The non-saber hand is a bit weird to pose with, but it's good.  I'd personally buy it at $7.44, but that's me.

You know, the best Obi-Wan of the bunch for likeness is actually the one in the Battle Arena.  Not much posability, but it's my personal favourite.

the pilot one? that'll depend on how the robes are done. Personally - I hope the robes are removable...

It's up to you to decide whether its worth it. Some people really like the Polis Massan figure, but I hate it. It's your choice. If you feel it's worth $7.44, snag it. Otherwise, let somebody else get it.

My sentiments too. It's your money and your collection - spend/buy what you will. I got him cuz I don't like the floppy arms Hasbro gave the other version of Obi.

When your choices are #2 Obi Wan & #27. BUY #27!
#2 is a piece of junk. youll almost never find one without bent up saber hilts & the yellow highlights in his hair is trash. #2 is the reason im not even bothering getting a complete ROTS set. For me ITS THAT BAD.

same with the Battle Droid, Super Battle Droid, & Destroyer Droid. they are the same figures from the previous sets, no one needs the same thing in a differnt package. thats just plain stupid.

I don't think he is great... I think I will wait for another version. They did it with Qui-gon in the saga collection and he was better than the episode one release.

However, Ani #28 is great!!!
