I read that as well..BUT..this seems to happen when a new Star Wars movie is released, check out E-bay--they have 69 thousand items for sale at this moment..Usually the have 40 thousand..It's the Hype of Star Wars :-*  Good for sellers ;)  bad for buyers :'(

I love the guys at Chinook but that was one of the most mis-informed articles on vintage i've ever read. The prices were way out of whack, the dates surrounding the POTF line were wrong as were the numbers of figures released.

Ah well, anyone who actually knows anything about vintage isn't going to put much stock in these kinds of articles anyways.
