Saw several copies of the 2014 edition of the Lego Star Wars Visual Dictionary with exclusive farm boy Luke minfig at a Marshalls - 9.99.

That wave really didn't do well, Walmart marked them down between $7-$9 shortly after they got released and Marshalls/Winners had them around November last year for the same price you mentioned.

I wanted 3PO but that's the one they didnt have. Not willing to pay full price at TRU. Maybe they'll make a nicer one for ROTJ anniversary with his wooden Ewok throne.

TROS GOA FO Driver & Treadspeeder - 14.99
Hot Wheels Starships- 3.99 - saw Tie Dagger and Bespin Cloud Car
6" value figure - 5.99 - saw only Kylo Ren.

An another Winners I saw:

Galaxy's Edge droid 2-packs - 9.99 1 BB and 1 R2
TROS GOA multipack R2-D2, BB-8 and D-0 - 9.99.

At another 2 Winners in addition to items already seen there were 2019 Skywalker Saga Commemorative Edition gold 2-figure packs - 9.99. I only saw Obi/Anakin pairs.

Saw several copies of the 2019 DK Lego Star Wars Visual Reference book w/exclusive Finn minifig at 2 Winners - 19.99.

At a couple of Marshalls I saw the 2016 DK Lego Star Wars Adventure Pack which is a small slipcase package containing 3 mini-books (2 sticker and 1 reference) and a Lego 30278 mini Poe's X-Wing Fighter - 4.99.

Some more of the Mandalorian Retro Wave 1 figures are showing up at some Winners. I saw Cara Dune, Greef Karga and Kuiil - 7.99.

Most stores are also getting in Mission Fleet Blurrg wi/The Mandalorian and Remnant Stormtrooper - 12.99.

Some stores are seeing the return of Galaxy's Edge BB/R 3.75 astromech droid 2-packs - 7.99.

Don't know if Joe fans care but at a Marshalls I saw Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins Storm Shadow with Stealth Cycle - 14.99.
