Windows 10 Free Upgrade
« on: September 14, 2015, 05:19:54 PM »

Anyone else? I'm just playing with it for the first time now & it seems - seems so far - to have freed up our old laptop a little bit. Slightly less lag on the internet anyhow which is good.

Thoughts?

Change your privacy settings if you're using Win10.  From Global News a few days ago, there was a report over how - critics are calling Win10 unethical for its invasive data collection and a breach of privacy

Basically, under its default privacy settings, Win10 tracks the way you type, what applications you use, your browsing history, and other personal information... so you need to change those to something which will prohibit this if you don't want MS knowing a lot more about you than you realize...
