Even when you get all your items in the cart and select free shipping, you think that would apply to all the items in your cart, but it doesnít.  You still have to go to each item in the cart and select free shipping for that item.  Thatís the only way to get it for all your items.

Yup. Always keep an eye on the right hand side and make sure the shipping is $0.00.

Recently I got a shipment of a 6" Hoth Trooper figure from Amazon. It was sent in an envelope and of course was damage significantly .  So I called Amazon and talked with a representative from Trinidad.  She said that the company to trying to use as little packaging as possible to ship things out.  So she asked me to give feedback to the shipping department.  If you have the same problem, you may want to give feedback to amazon as to the problem you are experiencing .   I find I can not trust Amazon to ship things out anymore, unless it is a big item.
