So the time is upon us for yet another Star Wars Celebration! Chicago this time, and already under a year away. April 11-15th, 2019. Tickets go on sale June 5th at noon CST and I believe that official hotels also open at that time.

Looks like the Kulach clan is heading down, anyone else have aspirations of going? Or already making plans?

Anybody getting their tickets today?
I imagine their website will crash when these things go live at noon. I was thinking of trying for a VIP but I don't think I will bother. They will probably be sold out in about 5 seconds of going live, purchased by scalpers. $850 USD adds up to a lot and I am really hoping Reed POP is better organized this time. They have cryptically mentioned that they will be using a phone app for things so it may be better.
I am not one for camping out all night to get into a panel or even the Celebration store. Man, I hope you can pre-order stuff and pick it up this time instead of waiting in line for 8 hours. I didn't get any swag last time because of the monster wait times.

Got my 5 day ticket!! Whoo...first celebration for me!!  VIP sold out in 30 seconds!! Wow

Got my tickets. Little surprised that the 5-day pass has already sold out. And I think I saw that the 1-day Saturday tickets were 60% sold out this morning.

Wow, I am surprised the 5 day are sold out already. This thing is going to be big then. I am just hoping it is better organized. There are so many things they could do different to make the experience better.

I got my 5 day badges, as well. I tried for the VIP badges, but as usual, they were sold out instantly and despite going to the site right away, by the time the queue allowed me to buy anything, they were gone.

I am interested to see how the layout is in Chicago and if it will make things better or worse than previous celebrations.

The organization of it can't be worse than the last one. I am hoping for much better.
