Been a while since we've had a new (IP) Star Wars game.  This looks pretty good....

Yes, finally!

No microtransactions - No multiplayer

I couldn't get to the panel on it today, but it does look really cool. I haven't played any games for a long time, but this one might bring me out of retirement  :winking0071:

I'm not really into multiplayer games, I'll play'em once in awhile though.  This is the type of game I've been waiting for.  I was so excited when I got The Force Unleashed and I liked that game a lot. Then the LucasArts president made a lot of bad decisions and we never got another good Star Wars game.

I've only ever liked single-player, offline games.
The Star Wars games are among the few games I've ever actually played to completion, usually multiple times.

Jedi Knight, Jedi Outcast, The Force Unleashed...
X-Wing, TIE-Fighter, Starfighter...
Rebellion, Force Commander, Empire at War...
Even the Lego Star Wars games
And of course... Knights of the Old Republic!

Hopefully this new one can live up to those classic Star Wars games!

What about Super Star Wars, Super ESB, and Super ROTJ?  :)
I loved those games on the old SNES.
Also loved Shadows of the Empire on SNES, SW: Rebel Assault on the Sega CD, Rogue Squadron on N64
Played (and loved) most of the ones you mentioned above, as well. Awesome single player games. I loved the old Battlefront ones for PS2, as well.

We never had any video game consoles when we were kids (nor action figures for that matter - deprived childhood, haha!)
For us it was all about PC gaming, until high school we finally got a PS1. I've always preferred games on the PC because of that, though I have kept up with the new PlayStation releases (usually 1 generation behind). Of course, now I just wish I had the time to even play!
