I asked at my EB in Calgary if any new Star Wars came in and he told me that this exclusive has been added to site.

There is no mention of which figure it is.

It's just one figure, bundled with a copy of the game. No news on the character yet that I've seen though.

Given the past of game-specific exclusives, it'll likely be some generic figure. Battlefront had the Scout Trooper with the glued in sniper rifle, New Battlefront had the Inferno Tie Pilot.

When I preordered it this week they told me it was the main character Cal Kestis.  I know they were BSing but it probably will be true.  I'd like to see the new bad guy be the figure. 

I loved that old Battlefront Scout Trooper.

Possibly bad news on this one folks...

For the Ebgames.ca Exclusive Jedi Fallen Order Deluxe Edition with figure bundle ($129.99), I spoke to an EB Games employee who said they do not have an Exclusive figure to give with the set so what they will be doing is anyone who preordered this bundle will "get to pick a black series figure of their choice from the store shelf on Friday".

Reading between the lines it's possible they messed up and shouldn't have sold all those Purge Trooper Exclusive Black Series figures back in October and now they're hoping no one will mind the switch.

All traces of the bundle and the details associated with it are conveniently removed from the Ebgames.ca website.

Here's hoping I'm jumping to conclusions but if I'm right and they jerk you around on Friday and try to tell you a random figure off the shelf is what they originally promised you? Nope, that's a random figure, that's not an exclusive figure, and it certainly isn't the $40 Purge Trooper that is available in other countries with their bundles. I don't think that should be something we settle for.

That's exactly what they did. Sucks for people who wanted the bundle, but I'm grateful I was able to get the figure without having to get the game (I only have a PS3). It's a major screw-up, and hopefully teaches EB that figure bundles are a dumb idea anyways. Is it possible to cancel the bundle order and just buy the regular version of the game at this point? Was there any other benefit to getting the bundle?

That sucks. I'm glad I managed to get 2 Purge Troopers but at $40, it was a little painful.

Yeah um so I got an hour of gameplay in (ok back to work) and I already love it.

For me they tried to offer me my choice of a few figures they had behind the counter. None of them were exclusive or even hard to get.  Since this bundle was $40 more than the no figure deluxe bundle, I cancelled my $130 preorder, turned it into a deluxe preorder and walked away with the game only (but at least I didn't pay $40 for a $30 figure like they were offering). Sent an email to their customer service to let them know how impressed I was.

I had already turned it into a regular PC order some time ago.  So no fig with that.

PC for two reasons:
1. My rig is much, much better than any console right now
2. It's in the basement so I can play a little less interrupted.
