Retro 2pk Denger & IG-88

I pre-ordered this a year ago from Amazon, as it is exclusive to them. Since then I pre-ordered and received the next pack (Bossk & Boba Fett) already. Then today finally got the cancellation email from Amazon for the Dengar/IG-88. Did anyone receive this from Amazon Canada? Did it come and go and I just got caught in the short-stock? I haven't really paid these much attention, but would be nice to have the complete set. I'll probably just order it from Amazon US, a company which actually stocks their products.

Same. I had assumed it was imminent as the US amazon has had it in stock for weeks. Plus the fact the Boba set has been sitting in stock makes me surprised. I have no clue how amazon works.

I had my recent orders for joe classified zarana, dusty and the cg all fulfilled by amazon.ca but they were shipped from Massachusetts. I assume that is an amazon US warehouse? If so, can't amazon.ca have orders fulfilled by US inventory?  :confused0024:

Ordered from Amazon.com the next morning and added their tvc three pack of Obiwan in blue, Jawa, and phase two purge trooper.
